Studied History of Contemporary Art, Eastern Art History, Aesthetics and is a graduate in Philosophy. Initially focused on Indian miniature motifs, Tibetan iconography and traditional Japanese painting, his research recaptures Cesare Pavese's evocations of coming home and partying. With visionary obsession, explores the inner workings of the democritean microcosm and achieves what, far from calligraphic mannerism, is animated and driven like a mantra, minimal by reiteration of the act, by its force.
